The Cascadia Revolving Fund is a private, non-profit community development fund that provides loans and technical assistance to small businesses and non-profit organizations in Washington and Oregon . Cascadia lending focuses upon women, immigrant, minority and low income entrepreneurs and business development in distressed urban and rural communities as well as child care providers. Cascadia has been an important mentor and advisor to WATF since its inception.

Washington Council of the Blind is a statewide membership organization with a long history of legislative and community involvement. WCB offers programs and services designed to support its mission of helping individuals who are blind and visually impaired contribute to society with independence and dignity. WCB has fourteen chapters around the state, which meet on a regular basis. WCB was the first major contributor to WATF – providing a generous donation of $25,000 to establish a financial loan program to address the special AT needs of individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

Washington Assistive Technology Alliance was established in 1993 to improve access to assistive technology for individuals with disabilities living in Washington State . WATA provides training, advocacy, policy analysis, information and referral and technical assistance assistive technology issues through its member organizations which includes the Center on Technology and Disability Studies at the University of Washington and the Easter Seal Society. WATA has provided WATF with both financial and technical support.
